As you can see from the statistics the difference between me and a professional is very noticeable.  Not only based on the statistics but in the overall style.  This particular article had short succinct sentences that really got the point across efficiently.  I am going to try to do that with my future writings.

You and I both picked articles that were dramatically different in size from our own. Do you think that made the comparisons a little unfair? You can find an article that's 1/4 the size of your own, but the sentences are probably the same no matter what. The same with paragraphs...

I found the same thing in the article I chose. The author was a lot more direct, concise, and to the point without using very much filler or unnessecary information. That is something that I need to get better at in my writing.
