Rain, Rain...Don't Go Away

I love the rain...

Raindrops pouring from the sky makes me smile.

The ability to drink water from the heavens is amazing.

Puddles are fun to splash in.

It rarely rained in my hometown, which created excitement when it did.

Singing in the rain allows me to be free.

Skipping down a wet sidewalk reminds me that life is great.

The feeling of rain after a hard work out is beautiful.

Smells of earth's fresh scent permeates the universe.

"It's raining men. Hallelujah!"

My face brightens when I feel the drops fall.

Running in the rain makes me happy.

The search for the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow brings happiness to my life.

Rain makes the air cooler, which is amazing in Arizona.

The beauty of individual raindrops on a leaf gives me a peaceful feeling.

Rain reminds me of the beauty of the earth.

Twirling an umbrella in my hands makes me giggle.

I enjoy watching the rain fall outside my window.

Catching raindrops in my mouth is a fun game.

Wet footprints right inside the doorways brighten my day.

Walking through the door of a building after being in the rain gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Wearing sweats on a rainy day makes me feel comfortable.

Falling in a puddle allows me to laugh really hard and not be embarrassed.

Reading on a rainy day helps me relax.

Drinking a cup of hot chocolate on a cold rainy day gives me great joy.

Looking into the sky and seeing individual raindrops fall gives me a sense of wonder and awe.

I must agree with all of your twenty-five sentences, especially "it's raining men, Hallelujah!" For reals though, I enjoyed reading your sentences because I too absolutely love the rain, and you did a great job capturing the many great aspects that rain has to offer to us. I didn't even realize there were so many great things about rain.

Well I hate to burst your bubble, but I personally do not like the rain. I don't like the feeling of being wet, especially when you cannot change your clothes for a few hours. Ahh... rain, rain, please go away!

This is very poetic, I enjoyed reading it, and I love rain too. I liked the line "Smells of earth's fresh scent permeates the universe". RAIN SMELLS SO GOOD.

I really like this post because even though I don't love the rain, this made me want it to rain right now! I really want to jump in a puddle right now.

I love rain. It reminds me of my hometown in Texas. It's funny how relaxing something like rain can be.
