Sharing Opinion Editorial

I shared my opinion editorial on facebook. While I like the idea of letting people know about this particular issue, I didn't like the fact that it was my words being shared. Putting it into perspective, I realize that if I was going to seriously share this with many people, I would definately make sure my paper was perfect. If a large audience were to look at this paper, I would want it to convince everyone of the issue at hand. No one has commented on my paper on facebook, but I would assume that they would like a more convincing argument that would attract everyone on facebook.

I didn't really like posting it on facebook either because i don't think that our opinions will be heard beyond the computer screen. It was also a little nerve-racking to post it for all our friends to hear.

It can be scary to share your opinions in such a public arena. I think that if we think about writing for an actual audience it makes us more aware of other people's opinions and more adapt to convince them.

It was hard for me to share my writing too and I think I was just worried about the feedback I would get. However, it really helped me see how to improve my article.

It makes us all a little nervous, but I think it is good to let people know what we think and in return, we can see what they believe. It is a good opportunity to observe new perspectives on things and gain a better understanding of the issue at hand.
