Introduction
Talk about how a teacher needs to teach different subjects differently based on the nationality, sex, age, and other numerous things that differ between individuals. In this paper I will focus on the nationality particular American and Japanese.
Thesis
Based on nationality you need to teach differently, but even when a classroom is full of multiple nationalities you still need to alter you teaching style.
Focus #1
Talk about the different styles of teaching in America and how this styles have fared on the test scores.
Focus #2
Just like the first focus but for Japan
Focus #3
Explain some of the different statistics about the average classroom in America.
Focus #4
Tie focus #1 and #2 together and explain the need to alter your style even when you have a classroom that has more than one nationality.
Conclusion
Wrap up paper and tie it all back to my thesis.

The two things I think you could work on is obviously fitting in your sources. You have good focuses but they need to be backed up and clarified. Another thing that would be good is if you could present a good solution. I think people will agree with you so make something of it!
I realize this is brief, I plan on expanding my focus a lot once I really sit down and work on my paper. I should also work on bringing together Japan and America in the educational sense, with doing research it is easy to see that there are several similarities as well as differences.
