On your first cite, do you need to include 2004 twice, or could it be included just once? Other than that there were just a few commas after periods that looked a little odd (like after forum in your first and second cites).

Just one slight correction. I would keep the forms of names all the same. Sometimes you put ex: Robinson, David Scott and Robinson, David S. Keep them all the same and then your citations will be great.
