Source Evaluation

Powell, Benjamin, and David Skarbek. "Sweatshops and Third World Living Standards: Are the Jobs Worth the Sweat?: Publications: The Independent Institute." The Independent Institute. 27 Sep. 2004. 6 Mar. 2009 .

This source is from the Independent Institute and it is a study conducted by two economic professors. This was a published paper and will be a very reliable source for my paper.

Source: The Independent Institute
Author: Benjamin Powell and David Skarbek
Timelines: September 27, 2004
Evidence: The facts in this paper are backed up by statistics that have been gathered in studies by these professors
Biases: This is actually relatively bias free. It is a series of studies about how the wages of sweatshop workers compares to that of the rest of their country. As the results show, sweatshop pay isn't that bad.
Advertising: There are no ads on the paper at all
