"fear not, little flock"

D&C: 6:33-34

"Fear not to do good, my sons, for whatsoever ye sow, that shall ye also reap; therefore if ye sow good ye shall reap good for your reward.
Therefore, fear not, little flock; do good; let earth and hell combine against you, for if you are built upon my rock, they cannot prevail."

This scripture talks about doing good in a world so full of sin. It tells us that if we do good, we will eventually be rewarded with good. This scripture has a lot of imagery. It really paints a picture for the reader, which has the effect of making it more relatable.

I love when scriptures use imagery in there verses. It makes it a lot easier to understand and to internalize. Pictures are always good.

I agree, I find that when a scripture uses imagery it is a lot more relatable, both to things in general and to my own life. I like this scripture because it shows us that even in a world filled with evil and remorse, if we put our faith in the Lord, and be faithful to Him, we will not have to worry because He will not let us fall.

I especially like in this passage when it refers to us as a little flock. I think it gives the image of being small in numbers but being able ot rely on each other and the Lord. It shows the love God has for us.
