African countries are suffering terribly due to globalization. These countries are struggling with heavy debts and unfavorable trade conditions.
-How many developed countries have failed to keep their promise to cancel some of Africa's debt?
-How do developed countries use global and regional trade organizations to their own advantage and how is this harmful to Africa's economy?
-Will African countries be able to continue borrowing in order to pay for imports since they already have devastating debts owed to Western countries?
-Has the African Growth and Opportunity Act helped Africa's trade at all or has it only benefited the United States?
-Will the U.S. be effected if Africa develops a cheap, generic drug that can limit the effects of AIDS?
-How many foreign countries are pressuring African countries to sell state-owned enterprises and give up more of their political independence?

There is no doubt that globalization has some adverse effects. I guess we need to gather as much information as possible and examine if the pros outweigh the cons. I'm sure that for every bad example there is a positive one to counter it.
