Taken with Action
The writer is giving an analysis on the movie Taken. The writer is writing the review for people curious as to whether or not they would like to see the movie. He seems to write with little bias. He fairly analyzes the good and bad points of the movie. He begins with a brief synopsis of the movie and quickly moves into his analysis. The writer is trying to make the point that Taken is just a mindless action movie using a script that has been used by other producers in the past. He asserts that The main actor Liam Neeson does a very good job of portraying his role in the movie. So if all you are looking for are some good fight scenes and a lot of action this would be a great movie for you to see.

There are a lot of movies that the critics usually aren't pleased with but that we like. Everyone likes an action movie and there really aren't that many variations on scripts for them. I think Liam Neeson is great in everything I have seen him in and I have heard good things from friends about this movie and I trust their judgement more than the critic's.
I saw this movie and I LOVED it. I agree with Lance about the fact that sometimes critics, critic the movie on their own opinions and not on the opinions of the majority of America. There are plenty of movies that I like that the critics say are movies not worth watching and vice-versa.
