This is a legitimate source. The author is credible and I was able to obtain it from a reliable website. I know this is reliable because for this article CQ researcher gave a bibliography backing up where they obtained all their information. Also there were no advertisements on the entire page.

It seems like the library site gives some of the most credible resources. It makes our job much easier on the research part.
Plus it's a good way of moving liability away from yourself if the source turns out to be not-so-reliable... That's always a plus.
Even though this is a very credible website, be careful, many articles list false citations that lead to nothing. So i would check these sources and make sure they are reliable.
