Overall, I really enjoyed writing this opinion editorial, and I believe that I learned many things about my writing style. One thing that was very surprising to me was how wordy my paragraphs were, and how much fluff they contained. When comparing my writing to the professionals, I was amazed at the way they made each sentence so concise and well worded. This is one thing I tried to focus on as I made corrections to my paper. I feel that overall, my paper was successful, even though I think I could have had stronger points for my arguments. The issue I was writing about (YouTube and MySpace remaining blocked) had a lot of counter arguments. I don't think I handled all the counter arguments, and I could have done a better job addressing to them.

I really love that you were so honest in evaluating your own work. You showed what you learned and I think that's great.

I also learned a ton about being more concise in my writing after comparing it to the professionals. That was way helpful.

The professionals definitly put a new perspective on matters and humbled me quite a bit.
